The Mu-Iota Chapter's 25th anniversary registration online forms/payment system is now up and running!  The online forms use Paypal payment system which accept Paypal account logins or credit cards which doesn't require Paypal accounts.

As of now, the prices are $65 for single or $115 for couple.

The overall deadline is October 10th!

While we strongly encouarage you to use the online forms/payment system to make it easier for us to keep records, there are few who do not want to use the online forms/payment system. For all those who doesn't want to use the online forms and payment system, please download the following PDFs and mail it to us with check or cash.
